Radical Growth Through Consulting Connections: How to Find New Pathways

In my previous guide, I explain that we, as an agency, can help you with two things. And number two there is radical online growth through connecting with the right people helping to make things happen. Think about your industry: why is this important?

Why is Radical Growth Online Important?

It's important to pursue fast or radical ways of growth alongside our sustainable and slower counterparts. If we want to achieve the growth we're looking to achieve it's important so we can get a nice holistic online growth curve, something that allows us to get sustainable results and something that allows us to pursue radical results as well. And why do we want to do both? It’s because we want both approaches to be supplementing and supporting each other. 

Why & How Do All These Things Help Us Achieve Radical Growth Online?

Let’s start by talking about consulting. Consulting means I am coming into your business (it’s part of my process on a monthly basis) and saying “Hey, what are all the things that we're looking at here that can help us pursue radical online growth or help us pursue new directions?”

Why is this is so important? A lot of providers in the market will just send you an automated SEO report, your ads report, and that’s it.

But what needs to be happening every single month and then every 90 days? 

We focus on what other pathways can we be pursuing to find radical growth solutions and sustainable online growth solutions as well. This is the process of making sure we're always looking for the next big thing and that we're refocusing ourselves in 90 days, which I have explained in another blog post.

It's really important that you've got either a person or a process in place where you come on board and you consider the other things. For example, if we're doing SEO for you, or if you're doing SEO for yourself, every month, you may think “Great, this is what's going well, this was just not going well, what else could we be thinking about, that's going to help us move in the right direction? Would an email campaign help or would that help?” And when we think about these other marketing channels, we do it in the context of 90 days, which helps us understand, whether or not we're pursuing the right marketing strategy.

Traffic Through Channels

You can get traffic through several different marketing channels:

  1. There’s organic traffic, which we employ to grow sustainable SEO.

  2. There's paid traffic, which we can generally leverage for radical growth.

  3. There's partner traffic, which we can leverage a good amount of growth from as well.

What is Partner Traffic? 

Partner traffic is referrals. It’s a podcast. It’s things that we can get involved with.

Perfect Balance for Radical Growth Online

The main rule of using different marketing channels to pursue your growth online is that you must make sure you're combining everything in a perfectly balanced shape or form. You should also have someone on your team that can help you think about these things on a monthly and quarterly basis:

  • What am I doing above and beyond?

  • What am I currently doing to help pursue new avenues and achieve my online growth goals?

  • What are we doing to make sure that we're helping our people in lots of different ways? (At the end of the day, we're in business to help other people).

If you can understand that from a core perspective, when I talk about these three fundamental principles in another article, then you'll really understand what it means to take your business forward in the right direction by helping people to achieve the impact you’re after.

When it comes to radical growth online, simply make sure that every month that you are pursuing new ideas, considering new things, connecting with new people to make sure that you're consistently evolving and growing your brand awareness.
